All orders are handcrafted and packed with care. Please allow 2–5 business days for order processing before shipment.
During product launches, holidays, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.
Local Delivery
We currently offer free local delivery within designated service areas. Minimum order requirements may apply.
Customers will receive communication regarding local delivery scheduling after their order is placed.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
Shipping Delays
The Laundry Reset Co. is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, holidays, or circumstances beyond our control.
Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
Orders returned due to an incorrect address may require additional shipping charges before being reshipped.
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the damaged package and product.
