At The Laundry Reset Co., every product is handcrafted in small batches to ensure quality and freshness.

Due to the nature of our laundry care products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at thelaundryresetco@gmail.com. We will gladly work with you to make it right by providing a replacement or store credit when appropriate.

Please include your order number and photos of any damaged items when contacting us.

Because our products are personal-use household items, we cannot accept returns on opened products due to health and safety reasons.
